Good to know.
What is manakish?
Lebanon's favourite breakfast and street food: a thin flatbread topped and baked on a domed or flat griddle called a saj. Zaatar is the classic; cheese is the crowd favourite.
What do you need at our event?
A spot about the size of a folding table, and a regular wall outlet close by. We bring the griddle, the dough and everything else. Not sure about power? Tell us in the form and we'll work it out together.
What about allergies?
Our dough is made with wheat. Zaatar contains sesame, and our cheese and chocolate contain milk. Ask us about anything else at the booth or in your booking request.
How far do you travel?
In and around Halifax, including Dartmouth, Bedford, Lower Sackville and Spryfield. Further out? Ask us.
